No matter how much we want to forget and repress things that happened in the past, unfinished buisness allways seams to catch up with us, and even though time is allways now, there is no thing such as time....Time is an illusion....when we hold on to grudges , we are stuck in the past, but sometimes when the past catches up with us, then bringing up the past can bring light to a patern that is still here, and this way we can deal with the issue and let it go and be free!
